Titan is an Environmental consulting firm in Kansas City, Kansas, in its 20th year of business. The Operation Manager and main instructor in their RRP training program (Renovation, Repair and Painting) Kyle Gunion has over 24 years of experience in Environmental consulting, and Kyle will discuss hazards related to Asbestos, Lead Paint, Mold, and Radon, including current regulations, testing, and remediation.

Buyer’s Protection Group (BPG) was first started in 1987 to sell home warranty products (which they no longer do). In 1989, the company expanded to provide home inspection services. BPG is headquartered in Georgia and is the largest employee-based home inspection company in the USA. They are providing services in 14 states including Missouri and Kansas. They are currently looking for inspectors or companies (new or experienced) in this area. Tim Clark their Chief Inspector will share his corporate experience on building a successful company, sustaining it, and then developing a profitable exit strategy. Foundation Recovery Systems (FRS), was founded in 1992 and provides solutions for foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting needs. They provide services in Missouri, eastern Kansas, northern Arkansas, and southern Iowa, and operate out of offices in Lee’s Summit, Moberly, Springfield, St Louis and Des Moines. Eli Dilday their Field Inspector in Kansas City and others from the FRS Team will discuss crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing and various foundation repair solutions.
